The 18k gold prongs have been shaped into a clawed point and the entire piece brought to a high polish.
The opal weighs 4cts and measures approximately 14.5mm by 11.5mm. It has expressive florescent zones as well as some milky banding and visible matrix stone, which give it lots of life and character. The necklace is 18 inches long, but could be shortened to 16 inches if desired.
