Hand fabricated from sterling silver wire and sheet, the rich Caribbean hues of the 7.33ct chrysocolla malachite gem are striking against its antiqued frame. The 15mm by 21mm soft triangular cabochon evokes the pooling lush greens, turquoise blues and the jagged lines of a satellite image of the planet. The oxidized and then brushed finish gives the impression of an unearthed object from centuries ago, contradicted only by the clean geometry of the piece. Held in by a bezel adorned with 6 claw prongs, and suspended from a kinetic keystone bail, the pendant arrives on a 16 inch sterling silver chain. Pendant hangs approximately 1 inch.
