Technically, the gem slice featured in this sterling silver pendant is an inverted watermelon tourmaline - a green core enveloped by a sea of vibrant pink. Weighing 6.23 carats, the natural and untreated stone is a vibrant cross section of a longer crystal with the intriguing silhouette of an askew hexagon.
Held in by six claw prongs that wrap around a border bezel, the colorful gem wears an angular collar from which dangle three articulated strands of bar fringe. The central bar has been rotated an extra 90 degrees to reveal its chisel edge and it further articulates a 3 dimensional skeletal globe.
A round faceted 3mm pink tourmaline is bezel set into the keystone style bail.
This piece is one of a kind by virtue of its center gem. It arrives strung on an 18 inch sterling silver chain, ready for the world. It is available to ship within 3 business days.
There is a small selection of matching earrings, all also one of a kind, available as well. These can be browsed by clicking here.
