Each gem is set in a hand built six prong setting with a frame of silver - a modern interpretation of a Georgian-era collet setting. Moving a half-century forward in time, the coin-textured ornaments that affix to the ear with a post have a more minimalist geometry and are a reference to the crisp angles of art deco design motif.
